What I was doing ten years ago:
beginning to teach my oldest son Donovan how to play guitar and mandolin, having a pretty miserable time trying to make coin realm, pretty rough spot in my life back then.

Five things on my to do list today:
1) clear the brush and debris away from an old hen house on my property
2) update the Ulster Heritage DNA Project, do some analysis on the select participants that have engaged me as a consultant.
3) study my Gaeilge
4) plant several trees and work on landscaping the ground in general
5) have a stern talking to my older boy (Pater duties)

Things I would do If I were a billionaire:
start a foundation to fund people trying to become fluent in Gaelic, nuts and bolts stuff, pay for extended stays in the Gaeltacht with complete immersion. Many people would love to do this that simply do not have the money.

become a patron to select Church projects starting with St John here in Oxford, Mississippi.

Invite Paul McCartney over for tea.

Purchase a large rural estate, somewhere in Ireland, I have a couple of places I really enjoy there that I'd love to live.

Three of my bad habits:
too much beer, too much wine, too much whiskey
